Description:
A simple classic. The End Fed Half Wave (EFHW) antenna is fed near to the end of the antenna wire, like its name suggests. This helps keeping coax lengths short and the feed point positioned near the radio.
This EFHW is cut for the lower portion of the band and can be trimmed to move the VSWR minimum higher in the band.
When paired with an antenna tuner this antenna can be matched to other non-resonant bands.
